ray电竞官网特聘教授（第一层次）；上海合作组织研究院执行院长；山东省泰山学者特聘专家；北京大学德语德语文学学士；德国弗莱堡大学经济学硕士、博士；先后在德国弗莱堡大学、澳门大学、澳门理工大学、日本神户大学、德国埃尔朗根-纽伦堡大学、俄罗斯圣彼得堡国立理工大学、 中山大学、南京理工大学及宁波诺丁汉大学等机构担任教研、名誉及客座职务；长期从事国际政治经济学与旅游城市治理研究，在这些领域于国际学术期刊上发表论文100余篇，其中51篇发表于SSCI收录期刊，22篇发表于顶尖期刊。他以英语和德语撰写了13部专著，由施普林格（Springer）和帕尔格雷夫·麦克米伦（Palgrave Macmillan）等国际顶尖学术出版社出版，在谷歌学术上的被引用次数超过2,300次，H指数为30。他曾荣获教育部“高等学校雷竞技网页版下载优秀成果奖”、施普林格.自然“中国新发展奖”以及澳门人文社会科学优秀成果奖等；曾多次接受新华社、中国新闻社、《光明日报》、塔斯社和哈萨克通讯社专访；其智库报告多次被中央及各部委采纳和批示；并担任十余个相关领域主要国际学术组织的资深成员。
